At Antronix, we strive to provide high-quality electronics and 3D printing services. If an issue arises, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are only available for (1) products damaged during delivery/shipping, and (2) 3D printed parts that break under normal, low-pressure use when strength is required.

  • Timeframe: Issues with delivered products must be reported immediately upon delivery. Concerns about 3D printed parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving them.

  • Shipping Costs: We cover all return shipping costs when the issue is on our side.

  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we may (a) refund your payment, (b) send a replacement product, or (c) re-design and re-print your item.
